1. Service Description

PostJolt is a content generation tool operated by Lufti Labs. You provide a URL and we use AI to generate social media posts optimized for various platforms. The service is provided “as is” and we make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated content.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before posting. You must ensure that your use of generated content complies with the terms of service of the platforms you post to. You agree not to use PostJolt to generate content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use PostJolt. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We authenticate via magic link email — keep your email account secure.

4. Payment Terms

Free accounts include a limited number of generations per day. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have concerns.

5. Content Ownership

You own the content generated through PostJolt. We do not claim ownership of your generated posts. We may store generated content to provide the service (e.g., history feature) but will not use it for other purposes without your consent.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lufti Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PostJolt. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
